Shipping policy
How made-to-order pieces reach you, from the atelier to your door.
Made-to-order pieces are produced in approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on the piece. We confirm the timeline before production.
DELIVERY
Lagos: 1–3 business days after completion.
Within Nigeria: 3–7 business days after completion.
International: 7–14 business days after completion, depending on destination and customs.
DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may attract customs duties and taxes. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid to FA World.
TRACKING
We send tracking details when your order leaves the atelier.
