Returns & refunds
Made-to-order clothing is personal. Here is how we handle fit, faults, and cancellations.
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ask questions and confirm measurements before ordering.
FAULTS
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will repair, remake, or refund it after inspection.
FIT
We offer one complimentary alteration within 14 days of delivery for fit issues on made-to-order pieces. Return shipping for alterations is the customer's responsibility unless the fault is ours.
CANCELLATION
Production begins after confirmation. Cancellations are possible before cutting begins; contact us as soon as possible.
